Paint + Sound Bath: Unlock your Potential with Presence

The intention of this workshop is to introduce participants to a fun, new way to create self awareness. It is only in this present moment that you can access the field of pure potential. If you are not in the present, it’s easy to attach to the past- leading to resistance and blockage for the what is and what can be possible. It sometimes feels like we are stuck while desiring change or transformation. 

Painting brings us to the present. It allows us to focus on what’s in front of us. It is the now that connects us to the infinite. 

we will paint on canvas, in words, symbols, colors and shapes. It will be the portal of what you seek. Using sound therapy to open up those layers and messaged the universe wants us to see and feel can be a great way to understand the power of the present moment. What do you want  To feel more of…  Abundance? Love? Clarity? Alignment? Guidance? Wisdom? Happiness? Etc 

This is a sacred space, a healing space, and only an experience brought upon love and spreading light. When we have self love, we can give more love.
